Bahamas-Texas Trust Package. This is an ideal structure for a non-resident who is looking to establish a
basic banking presence inside the USA, but does not intend to pursue any income producing business activity anywhere due the fact that Trusts
are not tax advantageous entities pursuant to US tax laws. Package includes a Belize Unit Trust, bank account at an established
Texas bank with check book, online banking, visa debit card, and other access tools.

US "Offshore" LLC Package. This package is ideal for the individual looking to invest in most passive
investments inside the USA, and those interested in investing outside the USA with an eye to taking advantage of various Tax Treaties
between the US and most other nations. Package includes a Texas LLC, bank account at an established Texas bank with check book,
online banking, visa debit card, and other access tools.
Price: $2,000.00 without International Asset Protection Trust; $2,500.00 with
International Asset Protection Trust.
The Advanced International Business Package. This package is ideal for companies that do not have
"US source income" and are looking to establish a tax free business structure. The combination of the a non-US Company, the International Asset Protection Trust
and the Texas LLC creates a completely private, protected and tax free structure. The best part is that this package includes
a detailed Attorney Opinion Letter explaining how the tax code and IRS regulations support this system. Package includes a bank
account at an established Texas bank with check book, online banking, visa debit card, and other access tools.
